Launching

Every launch option

Everything the launch form can configure, with the exact bounds the contract enforces. All of it is set in the launch transaction and immutable afterwards - these are the economics your buyers can rely on, which is exactly why you cannot change them later.

The defaults#

Skip the advanced section entirely and you launch with: supply 1,000,000,000, the default opening market cap, no dev buy, no bundle, swap fee 1.00%, fee model pay me (your fees accrue to you in the chain’s native coin), paired with the native coin, and on BSC the PancakeSwap Infinity venue. Every section below changes one of those knobs.

The options here describe the direct-to-pool launch form shared by Robinhood Chain, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Ethereum and Arc: no bonding curve, no graduation, the full supply in a hooked pool from block one. Where an option exists only on some chains, or only on the curve venues (Solana’s native Meteora curve today, Ronin once it opens), the section says so. Solana’s own knobs are on Chains & venues.

Liquidity venue (BSC only)#

BNB Smart Chain is the one chain that carries three pool venues, so its launch form shows a “Liquidity venue” control under the chain tiles, listed as PancakeSwap V3, Uniswap V4 (the default) and PancakeSwap Infinity. All three are the same direct-to-pool model with the same launcher, bundler and router ABIs; the pick decides which address set the launch goes to and, on PancakeSwap V3, how the creator earns (a share of the pool’s LP fees instead of a per-trade fee). Like the chain, it is permanent. Deep-link a venue with /launch?chain=bsc&venue=v3, …&venue=v4 or …&venue=infinity. Single-venue chains (Robinhood, Base, Ethereum, Arc) never show the control.

Board chipV4Infinity
The bStocks disclosure

Every bStock tile in the payout picker carries this sentence, verbatim: “Issued by Binance; transfers route through the issuer's compliance module, which can restrict transfers”. The token tracks the share; it is not the share. There is no BNB payout option on either venue (the gas coin has no ERC-20 view), and holders receive the launch token itself unless you elect an asset. Full catalogue on Reward tokens.

Robinhood: the PONS venue

On Robinhood Chain the launch form also offers PONS, a third-party launchpad with its own bonding curve (USDG, tokenized-stock or native-ETH pairs) that graduates into a Uniswap V4 pool with PONS’s Meme hook. degen.zone launches and bundles into it through its own bundler, and graduated PONS tokens trade in-app through a permissionless swap router. PONS charges its own fees (a 1% base plus the creator’s tax) instead of the fee model below. See Chains & venues.

Cross-chain expansionBuilt · not live

Expanding a token to a second chain over LayerZero is built end to end but not live on any chain; Arc and Ronin have no LayerZero endpoint and can never take part. See Cross-chain expansion.

Total supply#

BoundValue
Minimum1,000,000
Maximum1,000,000,000,000
Default1,000,000,000
Presets100M · 420M · 1B · 69B

Supply is cosmetic in one sense - on a direct-to-pool chain the whole of it becomes the pool’s liquidity whatever the number, and on a curve venue the curve shape and the fraction sold before graduation (~73.3%) are identical at every supply - and real in another: it sets the per-token price your buyers see. A 69B-supply token opens at a much smaller unit price than a 100M one at the same market cap. Pick the number whose price-per-token feels right for your audience; the economics do not change. Same bounds on every EVM chain and both BSC venues.

Opening market cap#

You choose the market cap your token opens at, in USD. On the direct-to-pool chains this sets the pool’s opening price: the launcher derives the starting tick from your supply and target, deposits the full supply just below it, and the first buy pays that price. The form converts your USD target with the live price of the chain’s native coin (ETH, BNB or USDC) and shows “Opens at $X” before you commit. On a curve venue the same number sets the curve’s initial virtual reserve (y0) instead.

Bounds in the chain's native coin; the graduation rows apply to curve venues only
Bound (curve venues)Value
Reserve range (y0)0.05 - 50
Default reserve2
USD presets$2.5K · $4K · $10K · $25K
Graduation raise2 × y0
Graduation market cap9 × opening

On a curve venue the curve's shape is fixed - the graduation target is always three times the opening reserve - so a higher opening market cap also means a proportionally larger raise and a higher graduation market cap. At the default reserve of 2 the token opens around 1.82 of market cap in the native coin, raises 4 on the curve, and graduates at nine times its opening cap. The full derivation is in The bonding curve. A direct-to-pool token has no raise and no graduation: the pool simply opens at the price you chose, and the market takes it from there.

Presets can be out of reach on some chains

The bound is denominated in the chain's native coin, so the largest opening market cap it can express moves with that coin's USD price. The form disables any USD preset the current chain cannot deliver exactly, rather than quietly opening lower than the button promised.

Your swap fee#

You pick the rate you earn on every swap - buyers and sellers alike, for the life of the token on the direct-to-pool chains (the fee hook charges it on every trade in the official pool; the pool’s own LP fee is 0), and during bonding on a curve venue. It is immutable after launch: the contract writes it exactly once, and no admin, creator or upgrade can raise it for a live token. The same tiers apply on Robinhood, Base, Ethereum, Arc and both BSC venues; Solana’s native curve has its own fixed model, described on Fees & earnings.

BoundValue
Your rate0.50% - 3.00%
Default1.00%
Tiers0.5% · 0.75% · 1% · 1.25% · 1.5% · 1.75% · 2% · 2.25% · 2.5% · 2.75% · 3%

The platform's cut rides on top of your rate, and it is flat: a 0.30% of volume platform fee and a 0.05% of volume referral rail. So a trader pays your rate + 0.35% and you keep your whole rate - the platform's share does not grow when you move up a tier:

Your rateTraders payPlatformReferralsYou keep
0.50%0.85%0.30%0.05%0.50%
1.00%1.35%0.30%0.05%1.00%
2.00%2.35%0.30%0.05%2.00%
3.00%3.35%0.30%0.05%3.00%

A higher rate earns you more per trade but taxes every trader, including you. Most launches sit at 1%. The complete fee system - including what happens if you skip this option - is in Fees & earnings.

Anti-sniper#

Curve venues only

The wallet cap is a bonding-curve rule. The direct-to-pool chains (Robinhood, BSC, Base, Ethereum, Arc, BSC) have no bonding phase and no cap, so the launch form hides this control there; the atomic dev buy and the disclosed opening bundle are what keep those launches fair. What follows applies to Solana’s native curve today and to Ronin once it opens.

With anti-sniper on (the default), no wallet's balance may exceed 2% of supply while the token is bonding. Combined with the atomic dev buy, this is what makes a fair launch enforceable rather than aspirational: a sniper cannot sweep the bottom of your curve into one wallet.

With it off, the max-wallet check is relaxed. Whales can accumulate freely - which some communities prefer - but the concentration risk is yours to own. The dev-buy cap applies either way, and the setting is shown on the token page so buyers can see which rules a token launched under. After graduation there is no wallet cap in any case; the open market has no such rule.

Dev buy#

An optional first buy executed atomically inside the launch transaction, capped at 20% of supply on-chain (the form’s slider stops at 19%), funded in the chain’s native coin (or the quote asset of a custom pair). Covered in detail in Launching a token; the short version: nobody can front-run it, the normal swap fee applies, it is slippage-guarded, and it is publicly disclosed in the launch event. Available on every chain and both BSC venues; the opening bundle (several wallets buying in the launch transaction) sits next to it and adds the opening-bundle fee.

Fee model - native-coin side#

Your share of the swap fee accrues in the chain’s native coin (ETH on Robinhood and Base, BNB on BSC, USDC on Arc) or, for a custom pair, in the quote asset. You decide at launch where it goes, permanently:

OptionWhat happensWhereStatus

Pay holders (reward token)Your creator fee slice is routed to every holder pro-rata by balance, settled by a keeper about every 15 minutes, in the launch token itself or an elected payout asset. Buy back & burnYour fees accumulate in an earmark; a keeper regularly market-buys your own token with them in its own pool and burns it to the dead address. Pay stakersThe earlier curve-era route: fees deposited into a staking pool holders had to stake into. Superseded by “Pay holders”, which needs no staking; not offered on the direct-to-pool chains.Curve venues onlyDormant
Pay me in stockYour fees are converted into a tokenized equity you elect (from a liquidity-screened list) and held for you to claim. Not yet electable: the launch form shows it as a preview, and it opens only after the stock rail’s external audit.Robinhood (planned)Built · not live
“Pay me in stock” is not yet activeBuilt · not live

The contracts for stock conversion are written and covered by tests, but the rail is not live: it is gated on an external security audit of the fee system, and the live deployment does not accept this routing at all. That is why the launch form shows the equity card as a preview you cannot select - a routing that parks fees behind a conversion that does not run yet would not be an option, it would be a trap. Details and the fine print on what a tokenized equity legally is: Tokenized equities.

Fee routing - token side#

Curve venues only

On the direct-to-pool chains the pool’s own LP fee is 0, so there is no token-side fee stream and this control does not exist; the fee model above is the whole story. What follows applies to a curve venue’s locked DEX position after graduation.

After graduation, the locked LP position also earns fees in your token itself. Your share of those routes per a second, independent choice (there are no token-side fees before graduation):

OptionWhat happens
Vest to meYour token share vests to you linearly over 30 days from graduation - you cannot dump your own fee stream in one block, and buyers can see that.
BurnSent straight to the dead address on collection. Deflationary; the default.
Pay stakersDeposited as token rewards into your token’s staking pool.

Quote assets & custom LP pairs#

By default a token is paired with the chain's native coin - you buy with ETH, BNB or USDC, the price is quoted in it, and the pool is TOKEN / native coin. On Robinhood Chain and Base you can instead launch a custom LP pair against a curated ERC-20: buys, sells, your fees, the dev buy and the opening bundle are all denominated in that asset.

  • The quote list is deliberately curated by the platform, not open: a pool holding a misbehaving token (rebasing, clawback, fee-on-transfer) would break every holder, so each asset is admitted individually with its own bounds and a live price feed where one exists. A pasted custom ERC-20 on Robinhood goes through a verification step first.
  • The launch fee stays in the native coin regardless of the quote asset.
  • The fee model rides on the pair: Pay me, Pay holders (paid the quote asset directly, no conversion) and Buy back & burn all work, denominated in the quote asset.
  • The quote asset is, like everything else here, fixed for the life of the token.

Every admitted asset and its address is listed on Supported assets; the pair mechanics are on Custom LP pairs.
