Fees & earnings

There are exactly three fees in the system - a flat launch fee (plus a flat opening-bundle fee when you bundle wallets), the per-token swap fee, and, only on the curve venues, the DEX pool's own fee after graduation. On the direct-to-pool chains the pool's LP fee is 0 and the swap fee is the whole model. Every split is computed on-chain from published numbers. This page is the complete ledger: if a fee is not here, it does not exist.

Every fee at a glance#

FeeAmountWho paysWhere it goes
Launch fee~$5 in the native coin (0 on Arc)The creator, once, inside the launch transactionPlatform treasury. Exact per-chain values in the table below.
Opening-bundle fee~$10 in the native coinThe creator, once, only when wallets are bundled into the opening buyPlatform treasury. Charged on top of the launch fee; see the table below for where it is collected today on each chain.
Swap fee0.85% - 5.35%Every trade in the token’s official pool (and every curve trade on a curve venue)The creator's chosen rate (0.5% - 5%) plus a flat 0.35% platform + referral add-on - the sections below.
Pool fee0.30%Curve venues only: every DEX trade after graduationThe locked LP position; collected and split 35% platform / 65% creator. Direct-to-pool tokens pay NO pool fee - the pool’s LP fee is 0 and the swap fee keeps charging instead (row above).

There are no deposit fees, no withdrawal fees, no fee on claiming, and no hidden spread - the quote you see is the price you get, minus exactly the swap fee. Every launch fee and bundle fee is read live from the launcher contract and shown in the summary before you sign; the numbers on this page are the on-chain values as of 2026-09-19.

On every live EVM chain the pool is hooked from launch

The “Pool fee” row and the LP fees after graduation section describe the classic curve → graduation path, which today applies to Solana’s native Meteora curve (its own section below) and to Ronin once it opens. On Robinhood Chain, Arc, Base and BNB Smart Chain (both the PancakeSwap Infinity and the Uniswap V4 venue) a token is direct-to-pool from launch, so the hooked fee model applies immediately: the pool charges no LP fee, the fee hook charges the creator’s chosen swap fee with the platform and referral add-ons on top, and there is no 35/65 pool-fee split. The swap-fee split below is the whole fee story on those chains - denominated in ETH on Robinhood and Base, in BNB on BSC, and in native USDC on Arc, so a creator’s earnings there accrue in dollars.

The one exception is BSC’s third venue, a plain PancakeSwap V3 pool with no fee hook: the creator picks the pool fee tier (0.25% or 1.00%) rather than a creator rate, PancakeSwap keeps 32% of every LP fee at protocol level, and the position minted at launch earns the rest, which the fee vault splits 65% creator / 35% platform on collect - roughly 0.44% of volume on the 1% tier. No referral leg, no reward or buyback&burn model, and third-party LPs dilute the share pro-rata.

Launch & bundle fees per chain#

Flat fees per chain, as read from the launchers - 2026-09-19, and Ethereum's on 2026-09-26
ChainNative coinLaunch feeOpening-bundle fee (on top, only when bundling)
RobinhoodETH0.002 ETH (~$5) on the direct and pair launchers0.004 ETH (~$10) - charged once per bundled launch on the fused launch+bundle path (direct and pair launchers) and on the standalone bundler
BaseETH0.002 ETH (~$5)0.004 ETH (~$10) - same as Robinhood: fused launch+bundle path and the standalone bundler
EthereumETH0.002 ETH (~$5) - the same rule as Base, and the same coin0.004 ETH (~$10) - once per bundled launch on the fused path, and the same on the standalone bundler

  • Both fees go to the platform treasury inside the launch transaction; nothing is charged later. Gas is the chain’s own and is paid in the same native coin.
  • Every launcher caps what its owner can ever set either fee to - 0.5 BNB on the Infinity stack, 0.5 ETH on the V4 launchers (Robinhood, Base, Ethereum), 50 USDC on Arc - so a fee can never be re-priced absurdly high.
  • The dollar figures are approximations at the day’s prices; the coin amounts are what the contract charges, and the summary shows them as “Launch fee” and “Opening bundle fee” before you sign.
On Ethereum the gas can dwarf the fee, so the wizard refuses above 15 gwei

Our fee is the same $5 everywhere. Gas is not, and on Ethereum it is the larger number by far - which is worth knowing here rather than discovering at the wallet prompt. Measured on a mainnet fork: a launch is 2,165,713 gas and a launch bundling twenty wallets 3,262,049.

At 5 gwei that is about $29 plain and $44 bundled; at 15 gwei, about $87 and $132. Against a 0.002 ETH launch fee the plain case is roughly 16x more to the network than to us - and bundling improves that ratio, to about 8x, because the second fee is ours. So degen.zone warns you above 5 gwei and refuses the launch above 15: the only chain with a gas ceiling. A blocked launch means the network is expensive at that moment, not that anything is wrong - the base fee has spent long stretches under 0.1 gwei, where the same launch costs well under a dollar.

The creator-set swap fee#

A creator picks the rate they earn at launch - one of nineteen tiers from 0.50% to 5.00% in 0.25% steps, 1% by default - and it is immutable forever. The platform's own cut is added on top, and it is flat:

  • Platform: a flat 0.30% of volume, whatever tier you pick.
  • Referrals: a flat 0.05% of volume, funding the referral rail.
  • Creator: everything that remains - which is exactly the rate you chose.

So the total a trader pays is your rate + 0.35%, and moving up a tier costs you nothing: every extra basis point on the fee is yours, not shared.

Split by tier, in percent of trade volume
Your rateTraders payPlatformReferralsYou keep
0.50%0.85%0.30%0.05%0.50%
1.00%1.35%0.30%0.05%1.00%
2.00%2.35%0.30%0.05%2.00%
3.00%3.35%0.30%0.05%3.00%
5.00%5.35%0.30%0.05%5.00%

The unit that matters when comparing launchpads is the creator's percent of volume, not percent of the fee - and here the two are the same number by construction: at the default tier a degen.zone creator banks 1.00% of every trade. The three legs always sum to the fee exactly; integer rounding dust goes to the creator's remainder, never invented or lost.

The platform-default split#

A launch that skips the fee option follows the global fee config instead of writing its own: currently a 1% fee split 25% platform / 70% creator / 5% referrals - creator-side, that is 0.70% of volume, against the 1.00% the default tier pays. The fallback exists for tokens launched before creator-set fees existed, and for venues that cannot write an arbitrary fee; on a native EVM launch the tier is always worth taking.

The global percentages are platform configuration (they can be tuned by admin transaction for future trades platform-wide); a token's own elected fee, by contrast, is beyond everyone's reach once launched.

LP fees after graduation (curve venues)#

Direct-to-pool chains skip this section entirely

A token on Robinhood, BSC, Base, Ethereum or Arc is born into a hooked pool with no LP fee at all, so nothing here applies to it. Its creator-set swap fee charges for the life of the token - the creator's whole chosen rate, with the platform's 0.30% and the referral rail's 0.05% riding on top, and nothing carved out for liquidity providers. It accrues per currency (the native coin from sells, the token from buys) and is claimed by the creator's own wallet from the token page. No keeper, no 35/65, no vesting on that path - and the token page is the only place it is claimed, because a hooked pool does not appear on Uniswap at all. What follows is the classic curve → graduation path, kept here for the curve venues (Ronin, coming soon, graduates into a Katana V3 pool; Solana’s Meteora curve has its own section below).

On a curve venue the locked DEX position earns the pool's 0.30% on every DEX trade. A keeper collects periodically; each collection splits 35% to the platform and 65% to the creator, on both sides of the pair:

  • the native-coin side follows the token's fee routing (pay creator / buyback-burn / stakers / stock, as elected at launch);
  • the token side follows the token-side routing (30-day vest / burn / stakers).

Note that this is 65% of the pool's 0.30%, i.e. ~0.20% of volume - a real step down from the curve, where the creator banks their whole chosen rate. That step-down is exactly why the live EVM chains moved to the direct-to-pool model, where the creator keeps their full rate forever (see Graduation for the history).

Solana native launches (the better creator deal)#

A native Solana launch runs on a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve, and its fee is where it beats pump.fun: the 1% trade fee splits 50% to the creator, 50% to the platform. On pump.fun a creator keeps almost nothing; here the creator keeps 0.50% of every trade's volume.

  • The creator's 50% accrues on-chain and is claimable any time from the token page, straight to their own wallet.
  • The platform's 50% is collected to the platform treasury automatically by a keeper - nothing for the creator to do, nothing withheld from them.
  • The curve graduates at ~80 SOL raised and migrates to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool whose LP is permanently locked and split 35% platform / 65% creator - the same lock shape as the EVM side. After graduation the creator earns from that locked LP position, and LP add/remove works on the token page.

This is separate from pump.fun bundle mode, which is also a Solana venue but launches on pump.fun's own curve under pump.fun's fees, not ours.

The referral rail#

When someone signs in through your referral link, their trades credit you - the full referral leg of each of their trades, which at any creator-set fee is 0.05% of their volume (and 5% of the fee under the global config, the same 0.05% at today's 1%). Referrals are single-level: no pyramids, no decay tiers, one referrer per account, bound at sign-in.

Attribution is computed off-chain from the public trade events; payouts are on-chain: you claim from a funded vault with a signed voucher (per-claim cap 10 ETH, vault-wide daily cap 100 ETH - anti-drain bounds, not earning limits). Trades by users with no referrer leave that leg unattributed; it is swept to a dedicated community treasury that funds giveaways and airdrops, rather than accumulating unowned. The product surface for all of this is the Referrals page.

Claiming#

  • Creator fees accrue on-chain per token and are claimable any time from the token page - from the first trade on a direct-to-pool chain, and during bonding and after graduation alike on a curve venue. Claiming pays in the token's quote asset: the chain's native coin normally (ETH on Robinhood and Base, BNB on BSC, USDC on Arc), or the pair asset of a custom LP pair.
  • The payout address is redirectable. A creator can point claims at a different wallet (a treasury, a multisig) without transferring any control over the token itself.
  • Nothing is pushed. Every balance - creator, platform, referral - accrues and is pulled by its owner. A misbehaving recipient contract can therefore never block anyone else's trade or claim.
  • Vested token fees (the “vest to me” routing, curve venues only) unlock linearly over 30 days from graduation and are claimed from the same token page.
  • Holder-reward and buyback&burn tokens have nothing for the creator to claim on the fee side: the keeper distributes or burns the accrued fees every cycle, and whatever creator share was kept at launch is paid out on the same cycle.
