Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the degen.zone website, application and related services (together, the Interface), operated by degen.zone (we, us). Please read them carefully. By connecting a wallet and clicking Continue you agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy.

Version
2026-10-17
Effective
2026-10-17

1. Acceptance of these Terms#

The Interface asks every wallet to accept the current version of these Terms the first time it connects, and again whenever the version changes. Clicking Continue in that dialog, or otherwise using the Interface with a connected wallet, is your agreement to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, and your confirmation of the eligibility statements in section 2. If you do not agree, disconnect your wallet and do not use the Interface. You may still read the public pages.

The version you accept is recorded against your wallet address together with the date and time. The current version is 2026-10-17.

If you use the Interface on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that organisation.

2. Eligibility#

By using the Interface you represent and warrant, on each use, that:

  • you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • you are not otherwise prohibited from using the Interface under the laws that apply to you;
  • your use of the Interface does not violate any law, regulation or contractual obligation that applies to you, including the terms of any third-party protocol you interact with through it.

It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of the place where you live and from which you use the Interface. A feature, token or asset may be unlawful for you to use even though the Interface lets you see it.

3. What degen.zone is, and is not#

An interface to public blockchains

degen.zone is a non-custodial software interface. It lets you view information about tokens and liquidity pools on public blockchains - currently Robinhood Chain, Arc, Base and Solana, with further chains added over time - and construct transactions that you sign with your own wallet and broadcast to those networks. Those transactions call third-party smart contracts and decentralised exchange protocols (for example Uniswap V4, Meteora, Raydium, PancakeSwap, Jupiter and LI.FI), as well as contracts we have published (the launchers, fee hooks, reward and buyback distributors, bundlers and routers described in our documentation).

A token launched through the Interface is created by a transaction you sign. Its liquidity is locked in a pool by the contract, its supply and fee settings are fixed at launch and, where the documentation says so, cannot be changed by anyone, including us.

What we do not do

  • No custody. We never hold, control or have access to your private keys, seed phrase, wallet or funds. We cannot move your assets, reverse a transaction, recover a lost key or freeze a token.
  • No brokerage, exchange or intermediation. We are not a party to any trade you make. Every swap, launch, claim and liquidity action is executed by smart contracts on a public network according to their code. We do not match orders, hold order books, set prices or act as a counterparty.
  • No investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing on the Interface - rankings, "trending" lists, charts, statistics, fee estimates, market caps, creator earnings or documentation - is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. You alone decide what you do with your wallet.
  • No guarantee of listing, liquidity or price. We do not promise that any token will be listed anywhere, will have buyers or sellers, will reach any price or market capitalisation, will "graduate", or will remain tradeable.
  • No endorsement. The presence of a token, creator, pair asset or reward asset on the Interface is not an endorsement, and a link to a third-party site or protocol is not a recommendation of it.

"Verified" and "custom" checks

Where the Interface marks a pair asset, reward asset or token as verified, or accepts a custom asset after an automated check, that check is a sanity check: it confirms mechanical properties such as that a contract exists, exposes the expected token interface, has a price route, or matches an address in a public registry. It is not a safety rating, an audit, a statement about the issuer, or a promise that the asset is legitimate, liquid or lawful for you to hold. Treat every asset as unverified for the purposes of your own decision.

Third-party venues you can launch through

Some launch modes create tokens on third-party launchpads - for example pump.fun on Solana, or the PONS launchpad on Robinhood Chain. In those modes the token, its curve, its fees and its rules are the third party's, governed by that party's own terms, and we only assemble the transactions you sign. Where a mode offers a disclosed multi-wallet opening purchase (a "bundle"), the wallet count and allocation are shown publicly; the wallets are generated in your browser, funded by you and never held by us.

4. Your wallet, your responsibility#

  • You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys and everything signed with it. Anyone who controls your keys controls your assets; we cannot help you recover them.
  • Your wallet software (for example Phantom, MetaMask, Rabby, Backpack, an embedded email or social wallet provided through Reown AppKit, or a WalletConnect session) is provided by a third party under that party's terms. We do not operate it and are not responsible for it.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every transaction before you sign it - the contract, the amounts, the slippage and the network - and for the network fees (gas) it costs, whether or not it succeeds.
  • Signing in with your wallet (a "Sign-In With Ethereum" or "Sign-In With Solana" message) proves control of an address to us and creates a session; it never authorises a transaction or gives us any control over your funds.
  • You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your activity.

5. Prohibited conduct#

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

  • engage in market manipulation of any kind, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump schemes, undisclosed coordinated buying or selling, front-running other users of the Interface, or exploiting a pricing or oracle error;
  • launch or promote a token whose name, ticker, image or description impersonates another person, project, company, brand or issuer, or falsely suggests an affiliation with, or backing by, one - including tokenized-stock brands, stock tickers, the issuers of tokenized equities, exchanges, wallets, chains, or degen.zone itself;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights, including by using trademarks, logos, artwork, likenesses or copyrighted material you do not have the right to use;
  • launder money, finance terrorism, or otherwise use the Interface in connection with proceeds of crime;
  • commit fraud, or make misleading statements about a token, its supply, its liquidity, its fees, its team or its prospects;
  • launch or promote a token that constitutes, or is marketed as, a security, derivative, deposit, e-money or other regulated instrument in any jurisdiction where doing so without authorisation is unlawful, or that offers returns, dividends, buybacks or profit-sharing in a way that is unlawful where you or your buyers are;
  • upload or link to content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets a private individual;
  • attack, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law) or interfere with the Interface, our API, our indexers or any user, or introduce malicious code;
  • use automated tools against the Interface in a way that breaches our published rate limits or bypasses our security measures;
  • misuse the referral program, including self-referral across your own wallets, fake accounts or misleading promotion; or
  • use the Interface in any way that violates applicable law.

We may remove, hide or de-rank content and tokens, suspend features, block wallets or network addresses, and report activity to authorities where we consider it appropriate. Because tokens and pools live on public blockchains, removing something from the Interface does not remove it from the network.

6. Fees#

Using the Interface may involve fees, all of which are charged on-chain by the smart contracts your transaction calls and are visible before you sign:

  • Launch fees - a flat fee paid to the platform treasury when a token is created, in the chain's native currency.
  • Swap fees - a per-trade fee whose rate the creator chose at launch, plus a fixed platform and referral add-on; the split between creator, platform, referrer and, where elected, holders or a buyback-and-burn mechanism is executed by the contract on every trade. The current schedule is published on the Fees page.
  • Bundling and other feature fees - flat fees for optional features such as a disclosed multi-wallet opening purchase, shown in the launch flow.
  • Third-party fees - the fees of the protocols and venues your transaction touches (pool fees, aggregator fees, a third-party launchpad's own fees, bridge fees) and the network fees (gas) of the chain. We do not set or receive these.

Fee settings written into a token or pool at launch are immutable where the documentation says so. We may change fees for future launches and features at any time; a change never applies retroactively to a token already launched. Fees are not refundable. Fee figures shown in the Interface before you sign are estimates derived from on-chain reads and may differ slightly from the executed amount.

7. Creator obligations for launched tokens#

If you launch a token through the Interface, in addition to everything above you:

  • are solely responsible for the token, its name, ticker, image, description, links, fee configuration, pair asset, reward asset and every statement you make about it anywhere;
  • confirm that you own or are licensed to use all content you upload, and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, cache, resize and distribute that content through the Interface, our API, our embeds and to the third-party aggregators that index our launches;
  • understand that the launch, the fee model you choose (for example creator fees, holder rewards, or buyback and burn), the reward asset and the pair asset are written to the chain by your transaction and, where documented, cannot be changed afterwards by you or by us;
  • are responsible for determining whether offering your token, its fee model or its rewards is lawful in the jurisdictions where you and your buyers are, and for any registration, disclosure or tax obligation that follows;
  • must not represent that we, any chain, any tokenized-asset issuer or any exchange has reviewed, approved, endorsed or partnered with your token;
  • acknowledge that creator fees, rewards and vested amounts accrue in the contracts and are pulled by the entitled wallet; we do not push payments, cannot pay to a wallet you have lost, and are not responsible for a recipient contract that cannot receive them;
  • acknowledge that where you have linked an X or Telegram account or configured a fee split to other accounts, we rely on the identity the provider reports and on the configuration you signed, and that handle changes on the provider's side are outside our control.

8. Third-party protocols and tokenized-asset issuers#

The Interface interacts with, links to and displays data from many third parties we do not control: blockchains and their validators; decentralised exchange protocols; aggregators and bridges; RPC providers; wallet providers; price feeds and oracles; third-party launchpads; block explorers; and social platforms. Each is governed by its own terms and its own risks. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, fees or conduct.

Tokenized equities and other real-world assets

Some chains the Interface supports host tokenized stocks and other tokenized real-world assets issued by third parties - for example Robinhood Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain, tokenized equities on Base offered through Coinbase, and Binance bStocks on BNB Smart Chain. The Interface may let you pair a token against such an asset, elect it as a reward asset, or route a swap through it. You acknowledge that:

  • these assets are created, backed, priced, and redeemed (if at all) by their issuers, under the issuers' own terms and eligibility rules, which you must satisfy yourself;
  • an issuer may enforce compliance modules on its token - transfer allowlists or blocklists, freezes, forced transfers, trading-hour restrictions or redemption suspensions - that can prevent a transfer, a swap, a reward payout or a liquidity action at any time, for any wallet, without our knowledge;
  • a tokenized stock is not a share, carries no voting or ownership rights in the underlying company unless the issuer says otherwise, and may trade at a price that differs from the underlying, especially outside the hours of the market it tracks;
  • we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any issuer, exchange or listed company, and we do not issue, back, price or redeem any such asset.

Governance, upgrades and pausing

Third-party protocols may be governed, upgraded, paused or deprecated by their own teams or token holders. Some of our own contracts have administrative roles (for example to set fee configuration for future launches, rotate a signer, or pause a claim vault) that are documented in our documentation; none of them can move a user's funds or remove locked liquidity. Any such action, by us or by a third party, may affect your ability to use a feature.

9. Risk disclosures#

You can lose everything you put in

Newly launched tokens are among the riskiest assets that exist. Most lose most of their value. Only use funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Without limiting that, you understand and accept these risks:

  • Total loss and extreme volatility. Prices of newly launched tokens can rise and fall by large multiples in minutes, and can fall to zero. Thin liquidity means your own trade can move the price materially, and you may be unable to sell at any price.
  • Smart-contract risk. Contracts - ours and third parties' - may contain bugs, be exploited, behave unexpectedly under unusual conditions, or interact badly with each other. Audits reduce but do not remove this risk.
  • Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. A wrong address, amount, network or slippage setting, or a transaction signed on a phishing site, results in permanent loss.
  • Protocol and governance risk. A chain, pool, hook, oracle or aggregator may be upgraded, paused, forked, deprecated or abandoned; an issuer may freeze or restrict a tokenized asset; a rollup or network may halt or reorganise.
  • Fee-model risk. Holder-reward and buyback-and-burn mechanisms depend on trading volume, on swap routes existing, on market hours for some reward assets and on keepers running; they may pay nothing for long periods and are not a yield.
  • Creator and counterparty risk. A creator may abandon a token, sell their holdings, mislead buyers, or run a coordinated purchase. Locked liquidity does not protect you from price falls.
  • Data risk. Charts, indexes, statistics and "live" feeds may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; provisional data may be corrected later.
  • Regulatory risk. Laws on digital assets change quickly and differ by country; a token, feature or the Interface itself may become unavailable to you.
  • Technology and access risk. Wallet extensions, mobile deep links, WalletConnect sessions, RPC endpoints and our own servers can fail or be attacked, leaving a transaction unconfirmed, duplicated or stuck.

10. Intellectual property#

The Interface - its design, text, graphics, code, documentation, the degen.zone name and logo - is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Interface for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of it, or use our name or marks to suggest an affiliation, without our written permission.

Smart-contract code we publish is licensed under the licence stated in its source repository. Content you upload remains yours, subject to the licence in section 7. Third-party trademarks, including the names of chains, exchanges, wallets and issuers, belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services they refer to.

Our public embed widget may be placed on your own site under these Terms; you may not alter its content or present it as your own data.

11. Disclaimers#

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY SMART CONTRACT WILL BEHAVE AS DESCRIBED.

We make no representation about any token, creator, asset, pool, chain, protocol or third party, or about the value, liquidity, legality or tax treatment of anything. You use the Interface at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

12. Limitation of liability#

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE, OUR AFFILIATES AND OUR AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR DIGITAL ASSETS, OR FOR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE INTERFACE, ANY SMART CONTRACT, ANY TOKEN OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE INTERFACE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE PLATFORM FEES YOU PAID TO US THROUGH THE INTERFACE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR 100).

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where the law does not permit its exclusion.

13. Indemnification#

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates and our and their officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Interface; any token you launch, promote or trade; content you upload; your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right; or any dispute between you and another user, creator, issuer or third party. We may assume the exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us.

14. Suspension, blocking and termination#

We may, at any time and without notice or liability, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Interface, block a wallet address or network address, remove or hide content, or discontinue any feature, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, where required by law, or where continuing would create a risk to us or to other users.

Because the Interface is non-custodial, termination never affects your assets or your ability to interact with public smart contracts directly or through other software; it only ends your right to use our Interface and services. Sections 3 and 7 to 16 survive any termination.

You may stop using the Interface at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Records of your acceptance of these Terms are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms#

We may change these Terms from time to time. Each version carries a version date, shown at the top of this page (currently 2026-10-17). When we make a material change we publish the new version here and every wallet is asked to accept the new version the next time it connects, before it can launch, trade, claim or otherwise transact through the Interface. Continued use of the Interface after accepting a new version constitutes acceptance of it. If you do not agree to a new version, disconnect your wallet and stop using the Interface.

Immaterial changes - corrections, clarifications or updated links - may be made without a new acceptance.

16. General provisions#

  1. Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Interface and supersede any earlier understanding.
  2. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
  3. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  4. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or a successor to the Interface.
  5. No agency. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
  6. Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, chain halts, attacks, actions of third-party protocols or issuers, or changes in law.
  7. Language. These Terms are written in English. A translation is for convenience only; the English text prevails.
  8. Notices. We may notify you through the Interface or our public channels. You can reach us at team@degen.zone - for anything about these Terms, a problem with a launch or a trade, or a security report. Privacy requests are covered by section 11 of the Privacy Policy and go to the same address.
